THE PROCESS DETECTION TOOLBOX

This toolbox is a Matlab implementation of computational techniques for the quantitative analysis of digitized brain-wide gene-expression data from the Allen Atlas of the adult mouse brain. The techniques include:

  1. visualizations of voxelized data (at a spatial resolution of 200 microns);
  2. comparison of gene expression to classical neuroanatomy (defined by the Allen Reference Atlas);
  3. statistical study of co-expression networks of sets of genes;
  4. clustering of sets of genes and voxels.
